Efacec Switchgear invested in the improvement of the production processes with the objective of increasing the production capacity and continuously improving operation conditions and products.

A new layout of the factory with the new disposal of production lines of 24 kV and 36 kV FLUOFIX cells was implemented,  reallocating the factory of circuit breakers and the building of a new laboratory for tests.

As an examle, reallocating circuit breakers, this area was then free for a central warehouse for products under production that were previously stored in an outside warehouse. Thus, delivery times and associated logistic costs are improved, resulting on enhanced productivity and competitiveness.

These changes of the factory result also on better working and operation conditions. The change of FLUOFIX cells production lines improves Efacec production capacity.

It is now, and it always was a constant concern for Efacec, to continuously improve products, not only for deployment of a strict quality system, but also emphasizing the manufacture processes, essential conditions for greater competitiveness.
